This hotel looks recently renovated. Lobby was beautiful, breakfast area was nice. Room was clean. The 2 young men we dealt with on staff were helpful and polite. The location was a little tricky to get to on narrow side road.
The room was very clean and very nice, shower had good pressure and bed was comfortable! Owner was friendly and helpful, very beautiful view outside.
Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk was very nice and the breakfast was great. Omlets, sausage, pancakes, pastries, etc. I would definitely stay here again. I also liked that it was off the main road a little bit.
Here for a work trip, and when I checked in I accidentally used my personal card rather than my corporate card. I noticed the mistake that evening, and I went to the front desk around 9:30pm to see if it could be corrected. I 100% expected them to tell me “no,” but the man who helped me was amazing and SUPER patient, and he was able to get the transaction cancelled from my personal card and charged to the correct card. It was my error to begin with, and not only did he go above and beyond to fix it, he was so friendly and kind while he was doing it. The entire hotel is also extremely clean and comfy.
This is a really clean, newly renovated, quiet hotel with a good hot breakfast, that is well stocked. The gym is OK. It has some treadmills, ellipticals, dumbbells, and benches, and one non-spin bike. The pool was closed and it is not nearly as big as the picture makes it appear. Overall, it is a great place to stay.
Sahil Patel was very greeting I accidentally locked myself out of my room and he gave me another card and the breakfast is great and the pool is great! Highly recommend and great price! Definitely get your moneys worth. Very thankful for places like this
I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express in Cincinnati. The place was clean and comfortable. The front desk lady, Mushtari, was extremely kind and helpful — she is the best! The gentleman at the front desk was also very nice to me and my family. We really appreciated the warm hospitality. Thank you!
I want to first say. We did have an issue when we first got there. Bob at the front desk was amazing very polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean. It is off the beaten path so u do have to travel to get to a restaurant. I would suggest getting a front room as to the back rooms are next to a railroad which in the middle of the night startles you. Over all really great hotel.
